Frequently Asked Questions
All of our meals are gluten-free and offer low-carb and grain-free options made from plants. Most of our Asian dishes are dairy-free, but we do use clean dairy ingredients such as sheep's pecorino, Greek yogurt, and other cheeses. Our creamy sauces are made with lactose-free dairy or plant milks as the base. We never use pre-made sauces or pastes from bottles; everything is made from scratch. Our meals are also free from processed carbohydrates, seed oils, and any nasty ingredients. Additionally, every bowl is infused with bone broth to support gut health. We strive to use free-range, grass-fed, and organic ingredients whenever possible. You can find a complete list of ingredients for each meal in the product section on this page.
Every week, I create a brand new menu designed around the seasons and my favourite dishes. I cook twice a week. Over the weekend I prepare 3 different meals with a selection of carb option with a Monday pickup. On a Wednesday I cook 2 different meals for a Thursday pickup.
From the day of pickup your meals will stay fresh for 4 days ie pickup Monday eat by Thursday. Most meals without raw salads can be frozen or removed before freezing.
If you live in the suburbs of Claremont, Dalkeith, Nedlands there is a option of $12 delivery including both days of delivery per week. We are working on a delivery option for a wider geographic area. Pickup is from Any Time Fitness in Nedlands from the designated time zones.

If your meals are not picked up on the day they will be donated. If you have any issues with pickup please message me and I will accommodate if I can as long as iys not a recurring issue. A call out fee may apply if you need delivery or another day/time for pickup.
All my meals are weighed to perfection so you know exactly the macro nutrition of each meal. The regular sizes with moderate carbs are between 450-500 with a moderate carb low fat and high protein spilt. (C40-50%, F20%, P35-45% and the low carb options are 380-450 calories with C 15-25%, F 20-30%, P40-50%.

XL Performance meals are approx. 650-700 calories (C 40-55%, F15-20%, P30-40%)

regular size including low carb options are $22 each and XL sizes are $27.50 each. When you join you choose the amounts of meals per week you would like ie 5 regular lunches would be $110/week with a initial set up fee of $15 (one time $15 payment)
Our "Set and Forget" system ensures that you never miss out on your meals. As a small business, we have a limited number of spots available in our club. When you sign up, you will receive a form through our app to fill out. Your payments will be automatically deducted every Friday for the following prepaid week. There is an initial commitment of 4 weeks to prioritize your health, along with a one-time setup fee of $15. Once you indicate how many meals per week you would like, we will provide you with a secure link to our debit company, PaySmart.
After the initial 4 weeks, there is a 7-day cancellation policy from the debit date. You will also have access to me through the app to ask any questions you may have.
You have the option to pre-order your meal options by Thursday at midnight. If you don't pre-order, we will automatically select your meals based on your pre-order form.
If you are going on vacation or need to modify your meal quantities without losing your spot, you can convert your meals into credits. We simply require a 7-day notice to make the necessary adjustments.
You can choose the pay pal option or square option and you can order as you go. Keep in mind that once my memberships are full there will be no casual orders available. So its best to join so you never miss out. No lock in contract just the first 4 weeks min term required.
